THE ROLE
As Restaurant and Bar Supervisor you will assist the Restaurant
and Bar Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and
bar. This incorporates the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and
dinner service, as well as room service. Your other roles and
responsibilities will include:
Managing the staff to ensure customer service standards are met
and customer enquiries are dealt with.
Be able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including
Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference.

leadership, support and motivation to the housekeeping team and
ensure we maintain high standards of excellence-Effective daily
utilisation of the computer system-Staff training (induction,
health & safety, security, technical & behavioural)-Health & Safety
management Complying with company procedures and twice yearly
Safety Risk Audits-Company Standards Housekeeping compliance with
the standards and regular communication to the GM where expenditure
and support is required-Security Which includes compliance with HR
procedures i.e.
